    Lemon-Herb Chicken

One of my favorite Chicken recipe is herbs with lemon slices on top. With my creativity, I used dried parsley, basil, celery flakes, sage and thyme with fresh lemon slices on top. And of course, before I started putting on the herbs and spices, I poured one tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken to give it that moisture and flavor to it. Baking it in the oven for an hour made the smell irresistible.
As a side dish, I had baked potato and peas, which was fine since I can’t have baked potato that often due to my diabetes. Although the peas were fine. The olive oil, herbs with lemon slices on top of the chicken, gave it a great taste. This is a simple recipe for your family and is easy to make.
